Payment is due prior to services being rendered.

Cancelations must be completed via email to Admin@BettsHLC.com 24 hours prior to the appointment. A fee of $35.00 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Full refunds are only provided if services could not be provided by Betts Health and Life Coaching.

Once services have been provided, at the time of the service, a form will be provided for signature as proof of services rendered, satisfaction of services, and payment terms completed.
